I downloaded the updated boot image for True Image 11 and am having a problem with a recovery.
When i get to the screen that says to select a partition to recover I select the first choice: OS(C:). When i click 'next' the screen freezes and the computer beeps when i click the mouse. The only thing I can do is hit the power button to get out. Thank you

Thank you for opening a thread regarding this situation.

I understand your concern, and would like to help you here. Unfortunately the version of the product you're using is very outdated. It's no longer developed or supported, and we cannot get technical department involved in the investigation. I would advise you to do the following: 

Download the free trial of the latest Acronis True Image Home version (the demo version almost unlimited, the only limitations are listed here). It's bootable media can perform a recovery, and this will be enough to test whether the issue remains. During the trial period (which is actually 30 days) you will also have full access to the online chat support for emergency cases.

If the problem remains on Acronis True Image Home 2012, please provide us with the Acronis Linux Report from the problem media.
