There are more than one vault metadata files. Keep only one vault metadata file and retry the operation (now resolved)

Hi there,

We lost access to one of our Vaults. When attempting to re-attach, we get the following error:

The event code doesn't bring anything up in the knowledge base.

Please could you advise on what to do?

Hi,

I have looked in the ".meta" folder in the vault and opening the files, I can see that some describe images I have taken, but others don't. I can attach the vault then I've only got one of the others in the ".meta" folder. However, once the vault is attached, I am no longer able to view the images.
