Acronis Loader wont work
Hi
I am trying to restore a backup on my win7 acer laptop with Acronis True Image Home 2010 (build 5.055).
I ve allready tried to start the loader via CD or vid different USb sticks but it always fails on the black screen.
I also tried different parameters like "acpi=off noapic noapm quiet" and different bios settings!
Here is the output file:

I have used Acronis back-up programs bact to version 5. Prior to this version, when I booted with the rescue disk, the loader brought me to the program where I could restore my saved image. When my Vista to 7 upgrade failed, I put in the rescue disk, and after the splash screen it re-booted into the failed upgrade which was a never ending cycle of trying to restore Vista. I installed Windows 7 from scratch, and made a new rescue disk. When I tested it, it automatically booted into Windows after a delay of a few seconds. What have I done wrong?

Yes, Loader fails for me as well without a hint. Acronis True Image Loader fails, from any rescue disk (versions 10 through 13). I get the Splash screen and then the system hangs with a black screen, requiring a forced reboot via power button. Even attempting to restore from an installed True Image program, after reboot the message "starting loader" is given and then it hangs. All other programs work properly, even Disk director from a boot CD. Take notice, those very same recovery CDs work well on a different machine. So, what is it the loader stubs its toe on this particular SATA based 200GB HD machine?
Any wisdoms?
