Nonstop Backup stops
I found a few topics in the forum with a similar problem, but I didn't find a solution in any of them, so I'm trying again.
My Nonstop Backup stops almost immediately after it started. I had the same problem on my previous hard disk, but since that one was about to crash and almost full I thought it had something to do with that.
But now I have a brand new hard disk with lots more space and way less programs running and Nonstop Backup still won't run. I'm trying to back up about 190 GB, with over 300 GB free space on the destination drive.
Nonstop Backup stops, but the service is still running. Restarting it did not solve the problem. I read a suggestion at http://forum.acronis.com/forum/26022 to generate a system report and open a Support Request, but on the support page I'm told I have to pay to get support.
I hope I have overlooked something, because this way TIH is rendered useless for me...

Hello Yana,
my installation of Acronis has recently developed a similar problem. On startup the icon initially appears in the Windows 7 notification area and then disappears. If the service is restarted the CPU activity goes up for a bit and then backup pauses itself and disappears. I have generated the diagnostic files (AcronisSystemReport.zip, and cdp.metadata). Would you be so kind to have a look at these too and give me some hints as to what I can do to get Nonstop Backup functional again?
Thank you,
Nigel.
