Customer Service experience
I purchased ATI 2010 a few weeks ago. I had an issue that would not allow me to create a boot cd. After posting on the forum and contacting customer service through the web site, I received a link to a custom ISO. The file works as it should and I am satisfied with the product. I appreciate the effort. Thanks. The forum, documentation and emails from customer service folks have been very helpful.

good Im glad to hear that. As i am thinking about buying the software but was a little worried about this and the support for it. not to mention heard there is no support and only paid credit card support even after you even purchase the program which i think is crappy to do to clients but...
Plus been trying to get a a few questions answered for two days now here in the forums and haven't really even got much attention or direct answers to my issue's/questions yet either from actual support reps so.. it's had me thinking twice about buying it for sure.
