Using (Trying) Online Backup For the First Time...

...and after logging in, as you can see I am from the top right, I can't even get out of the gate...

It shows something about XML DATA missing, and registration server not available, though I am logged in.

And of course, because of whatever is going on, the BACKUP button is grayed out.

See the attached screenshot.

Any help / suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
