Online backup refund?

Thread needs solution

I've been a satisfied Acronis true image home Customer for years but I've been very unsatisfied with Acronis' online backup. I'm working with tech support to try to solve yet another problem but thinking about canceling my subscription. I want an online backup service that just works... without having to spend hours troubleshooting problems.

Has anyone here been able to get a refund for the unused portion of their subscription? If so, how did you do it? I've only used it for 6 months but paid for a year.

Kudos to Acronis for refunding my subscription fee for online backup. I will continue to use their True Image Home product, as I have for years, but NOT their online backup service. It's doesn't meet the high standard I expect from Acronis. Perhaps someday they'll work out the bugs.
