Acronis True Image Home 2010 Creates Data Files In WINXP Windows/system32 Folder

Thread needs solution

Hi

I am totally irritated by this problem and it's lack of solution. Does TI 2011 sort this out?

Mike

Acronis does not know if the 2011 will solve the problem. They promise an update for the 2010 at the Greek calends.

Hartmut

If Acronis had solved this problem with TI 11, they would have already released a patch. It is highly likely users of 2011 will be having the same problem, in which case, Acronis will find itself in a very tight situation.

I just had the same problem. Windows/sys32 folder filled up with over 300 1 GB xxx.data files. WIN 7 Ultimate; Home 2010

Nouveau problème :

non stop backup s'interrompt de lui-même.
Dans la base de registre relative à cdp file service, session en cours je trouve :
DriverError FFBB0000C000000000

Si je veux réactiver non stop backup, je dois rebooter la machine.

Christian,

Try making a TIH repair install. Run the TIH installer and select Repair.

Christian,

The next step would be to uninstall the product, use msconfig to disable all non-microsoft services and start up items, reboot, reinstall and try again. If it works, renable the services/startup items.
