Error when backing up

Thread needs solution

Prompt, using Acronis Backup & Recovery 11.0.17217.
When backing up constantly pops up a warning:

Quote:

Use the following backup plan:
- The standard scheme
- Incremental type
- Use the 2nd backup storage (ftp resource ftp://192.168.15.160:22122).

As an FTP server - FileZilla.

And another question: why when copying to FTP (second backup storage) file is broken into pieces by 2,147 Gb? I tried to just copy the file to 6 gigabytes through FTP - no problem filled without breaking.
Thank you

Often, after making a back-up on my external hard disk, I get a message (in Dutch, I have a Dutch version): "An error has occurred while making the file" with two choice buttons "Again" and "Cancel". The size of my Back-up in the Acronis window is 39.94 GB; in my disk it is 41.88 GB. The back-up seems, after inspection, to be OK.

What can be wrong? Should I ignore the warning of start again? That lasts another small hour!

Tanks for constructive reply,
Pieter Padmos
