I'm restoring a clients machine. It got to the Loading stage and hung for 20 minutes (I've attached a screen shot). I attempted it again, after restarting, with the same result.

I'm sure you need additional information to assist, so before I setup the machine and run through the process again, what information is needed?

Unfortunately we really will need additional information, since it's not really clear from your screenshot whether you're running a recovery from the boot CD, or Windows. Please provide us with the following information:

  1. Exact sequence of steps performed
  2. If you're running a recovery from Windows:
    Acronis Info
  3. If you're running a recovery from the CD:
    Acronis Linux Report
