Bug in GUI - disabled menu items behaving like transparent items!

Thread needs solution

Hi.

Just found a bug in Disk Director GUI - disabled menu items behaving like transparent space, so the toolbutton under the menu clicked! Which lead to activation of wrong functions and could be very confusing and dangerous.

See the picture:

screenshot of bug

As you can see - "OS Selector" menu item is disabled, so it is not highlighted when i moving mouse over it. But it is still clickable!!! - the toolbutton UNDER the menu is activated! That is very confusing and could be dangerous if, for example, user activates something wrong.

/Dmitry.

PS. Where I can register bugs for your products? Seems some of them has lot of but I have not seen approprite web page...

I never noticed that before, but it certainly does as you say. It's also not just the toobar, but also the links on the left if they fall under any disabled menu items.

It seems that clicking on the disabled menu item closes the menu and then the click is applied to whatever is currently under the mouse cursor. Normally, clicking on a disabled item leaves the menu open and no action is taken.

Is this the latest build?

I checked in build 2,160. I haven't installed the latest build on any of my computers and probably won't (except maybe for testing) because of the problems it has.
