[RESOLVED] All backups fail

Thread needs solution

Hello

We have installed Acronis Backup & Recovery 11 on our Hyper-V server to backup all our VM's.

Unfortunately, all backup tasks fail... this are the errors we get:

I'm sorry to hear of the issue you have experienced, and I do hope that it has not inconvenienced you too much.

I'm happy to say that an entry of this issue was made to our Knowledge Base library, you may find the article here. As you will notice, there are two possible reasons for why your machines are unable to use the available licenses. I am presuming that you're not using a Trial version of Acronis Backup and Recovery, and therefore, would like to refer you to the second point in the article with the appropriate solution steps for you to follow.
