Error while initializing COM library
Every time I do an E-mail back up I get an error message "Error while initializing COM library".
The back-up fully completes in less than a minute but each time has this same warning message.
I have a Windows 7 with Windows Live for my emails. Does this mean that not all emails have actually been backed up?! How can I resolve this problem?

Thank you Yana.
Yes I have now validated the email back up and it tells me that the back up is valid.
However when I check exactly what it has backed up from my Windows Live emails - I can see references to back ups for - deleted, drafts, in box, junk and sent BUT NOT any reference for my Windows Live Storage Folders that contain most of my emails....... Will these Windows Live Storage Folders have been fully backed up when I do an email back up?
If not, will these Windows Live Storage Folders and their contents be backed up when I do an Acronis Disc Back Up?
It is quite likely that some emails with attachments may well be bigger than 10 MB. Are you saying that Acronis won't back up these emails and their attachments? Will these larger emails though be safely backed up when I do an Acronis Disc Back Up?
Is there anyway of identifying which individual emails Acronis is struggling to back up due to size issues?
Many thanks for your help and advice.

Hi Yana
Do you possibly have any answers for me yet?
Thank you

I get exactly the same error as CChapman. The email backup seems to hang a few seconds after starting. I cannot then access my emails as it appears as though there is a conflict with Acronis. I am not sure if my emails have been backed up.
A normal incremental backup of my C drive appears to be working correctly, but I am nervous that it is not.
I am running Win 7 Home Premium (64bit) and a trial version of Acronis True Image Home and using Windows Live for my emails.
