Acronis Backup & Recovery 11 Advanced Server

Thread needs solution

I've been running Acronis Backup & Recovery 10 Advanced Server for a while now and then upgraded to version 11 and been running that one without issues also for a while and up to four days ago averything was fine. Now all of a sudden it's telling me "Failed to check the license key. The key is disabled". I tried a repair on the current installation. Removed and reinstalled my keys on the license server without success. What is wrong ? What do I do next ?

Here is the exact error:

Having the same problem here as described above. Was working fine for a couple of weeks and now it's suddenly not. However not sure if the OP meant to say "Acronis Backup & Recovery 11" instead of "10". I am running version 11.

I resolved my issue by removing the computer from AMS and adding it back. Under Machines with agents\All machines with agents right click on the computer with the issue and select Delete machine from AMS. Then right click and Add machine to AMS.

You might need to right click on the computer once added back to AMS and select change license to selecte the required licenses from the license server. I had to this my self.

Thanks Martin, I did as you did and it appears to be working. I initiated a manual start of my daily backup and it looks like it'll complete as normal. Will know for certain overnight and over the next couple of days if it runs it's normal routines without intervention.

Thanks much!
