How does on get HELP

Thread needs solution

My new Acronis 2012 is not working!! Have tried the Help Desk, calling, chatting, etc. ... all to no avail! Can anyone help? Am dead in the water until I can get Acronis to restore my files in a new OS!

What are your problems? Disk configuration? ATI Version, build? What steps did you take? What symptoms do you see?

This is not an Acronis support forum, it is an user-to-user forum. I and other users like me might be able to help, but we need more information...
