Can't get Acronis True Image WD Edition to work
Can't get Acronis True Image WD edition to work. I was able to migrate my system/program disk ("C") from a Western Digital Raptor 150GB drive to my new 120GB SSD with no problem, and I have been booting from the SSD and using it as drive "C" for several weeks. However, I've yet to be able to make a Acronis backup.
Acronis True Image WD Edition starts up OK; however, after I configer drive "C" (the SSD) to backup to "D" (an empty WD drive), Acronis restarts OK; but after the BIOS is loaded on the computer, I get the Acronis logo plus the following (I'm typing from a photo I took of the screen -- I can't read all the words because the image is blurry):
ADCRONIS

Well, it only took seconds, not a while, and a progress bar appears and starts indicating that there are 15 minutes until completion ... then 14. Then the following error message window appears:
Error
Failed to read data from the disk
Failed to read from sector '9,939,359' of hard disk '3'.
Direct R/W operation has filed (0x5900001)
What does this mean?
