ATI Home creating multiples of a backup set

Thread needs solution

On my ATI Home 2012 version 2.1 build 7133 I find clones of two backup sets. I have Full System Backup, Full System Backup (#1), Full System Backup(#2), and Full System Backup (no notation).

On a different backup set I have the original version and a second version appended by (#1).

I went to delete the older versions, but that would have deleted the .tib files associated with that backup set, and would not have solved the cloning problem.

The only thing I can guess is that when I have used "recovery", the sets have been added and numbered.

Any and all help for solving this issue if it is not a recovery caused one, and also how to delete the older versions without losing the tib's would be greatly appreciated.

Much thanks,

EB

Can you post a screen shot or two of the Backup and Recovery tab and/or the folders containing the backup files?

James.

Thanks so much for your response. I showed a complete lack of patience with this issue, and just went ahead and deleted the 3 backup versions that were triplicates of the original. I was certain that the one that I did not delete was the most current and had 1 full backup (and 1 incremental) .tib.

Hopefully this issue will not crop up again, but if it does, I will respond with the screen shots you mentioned.

Thanks again,

EB
