IOS App issue!

Thread needs solution

Hi all,

I hope somebody can help as this is driving me to despair. I have a 30 day trial of True Image 2013 with cloud backup and the laptops are fine, however IOS for iPad has not worked from day one. Initially it rejected my email address as I have a .info domain, annoying considering it's the same email address I signed up with. Email address changed, now the app just refuses to accept my username and password.

I wouldn't mind but the trial is running and if I can't see how well it works I'm not likely to buy it - has anyone else come across this issue?

I don't know the answer to your question, perhaps deleting the app and reinstalling it might solve part of your problem.
