Non-stop backup shows no versions under Windows Explorer

Thread needs solution

I've recently had a free upgrade to True Image 2013 because 2012 broke my Win 7 system. Seems to have been working fine for a few weeks now, but I've just noticed that in Windows Explorer, if I right click a file and select Acronis then Recovery, it shows no previous versions. However, if i go via Acronis True Image itself, they are all there. This wasn't a problem under 2011. And my account shows that free support has already expired!
Anyone got any ideas? And what are we meant to do when their product goes wrong so soon after installing?

Hello Tony,

Thank you for taking the time to post on our Forum.

I will be glad to help you resolve the issue!

Tony, could you provide me with more information for a more detailed investigation of the problem. Could you send me the screenshots of what you see in Windows Explorer and in Acronis interface.

In addition, please send me the system report collected using True Image 2013 by Acronis.

If you have any other questions, please let me know!
