[RESOLVED] unable to complete a successful backup

Thread needs solution

I have installed True Image 2012 build 7133.

When I first got it, I made a couple of backups and they ran fine.

Now, when I go to make a backup, using one of the favourites I created back then, the progress bar never makes it very far. See attached pic.

Any help would be much appreciated. OS is Win 7

What is the backup location? Is it an external drive? Have you left it long enough to be certain that it won't complete?

Turns out my usb port was on the Fritz. Sorry for the long delay. It took me ages to figure that out.
