[DUPLICATE] OLB hangs 98% complete

During an OLB op, a process 'Consolidating Archive' interrupts. That process runs fairly fast up to 94% complete. It then crawls to 98% complete where it appears to hang. I'm only backing up a few fairly small folders. This of course prevents any other scheduled backups from running. OS=XP. There is plenty of room left on my backup allocation area. Any ideas?

Hi Robert, Same problem here, I am on win 8 64bit. Support seem unable to help and forums have multiple post with the same problem.
