[DUPLICATE] Online backup: Storage server not available
Hi,
I've purchased a license for Online backup 4 days ago. I've created a backup, but when I click 'recover' in TrueImgage 2013, it goes to: https://cloud-wr-eu1.acronis.com/index.htm
On that page, I get the following error:
Storage server not available
Sorry, the Storage Server is not available now. Please try again later.
ssn : BC3840A136CD026247626B8DACF11598.betha
rqst : 7f110fa8
I get this error for about 4 days now.
So until now I can only evaluate Acronis backup solution as the worst I've ever seen.
Any suggestions?
I've contacted Acronis Help Desk, and I've send them a screenshot of the error. No replies until now.

The error message: “Sorry, the Storage Server is not available now” most often indicates that there is a temporary problem with our online backup server. Were you able to restore your backups? Please follow this link where you will find our expert’s suggestions to resolve this issue.
In case it is does not work, please contact our Support Team.
