Wrapper for Parallels Report "stopped working"

Thread needs solution

I am running weekly backups of a Windows 7 C: drive. The backups seem to run ok, though I have not had to do a recovery.
Checking the Windows Reliability Monitor, I have occasional Parallel wrapper stopped working failures, (4 - 5 in December, 2012) and one TrueImage Sync Agent stopped working error message. There are some old forum references to this problem in Acronis 2011, but none for 2013. I am running a new Dell XPS 8500.

I vaguely remember someone else having this problem and can't recall what the fix was.

If you could link to the TI 2011 one you found (I think there was one for 2012 as well), it might be possible to use the same fix.
