Enter your Windows credentials - Can't run scheduled backups

Thread needs solution

At the end of configuring the a file backup, the "Enter Your Windows Credentials" comes up. When canceling the windows login, the backup starts but schedule backups wont run.

I've looked a other threads and have done the following:
1- Made sure AUC is off
2- Configured the backup location to mapped drive and UNC
3- When on the "Browse for Destination" window, the "Edit credentials" information is correct
The "Test" button works and the "Connects" works as well
4- I've reinstalled ATI 2013 many times to try different options and it still does not work

Any help is appreciated, I have number of systems to configure with ATI and I don't want to run into this again.

I have more error information:

"TestBackup" with GUID '352C108A-8E71-435F-9CA9-CA00EFC18CB2' because of error 5 (Access is denied.).
And by the way - I couln't find anything under "Event code: 0x00090005"

Edward,

1. Only use UNC or IP addressing within True Image, results are flaky when using mapped drives.

2. Delete your NAS credentials in Windows Credential Manager.

3. Remake the task and enter you NAs credential when asked.

This will hopefully solve the problem.

You might have to check that the NAS is shared, if none of this works please post the make and model of NAS and your OS. Check also if TI will make an image or work with a local or USB attached drive, just to make sure it isn't a more widespread problem that you are suffering from.
