True Image Monitor : problème avec Runtime routine

Bonjour,
j'ai essayé d'obtenir des informations via le support technique mais True Image 2013 n'existe pas dans la liste des produits ! J'ai donc entré la version 2012 comme version du produit et j'ai eu support n'existe plus !
J'ai donc envoyé un mail directement à ACRONIS resté sans réponse !

Je m'adresse donc à ACRONIS via le Forum :

J'ai à chaque démarrage de mon PC un message qui dit :

"Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library
Runtime error
Program : ......m Files
(X86)\ACRONIS\TrueImageHome\TrueImageMonitor.exe
This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.
Please contact the application's support team for more information"

Je suis en Windows 8 Pro 64 bits

Jean-Pierre,

First - True Image 2013 appears towards the bottom of the support drop down box under T instead of A for Acronis.

Second - Have you registered your serial number for 2013 in your account?

I would try the following:

1. Run the True Image 2013 installer again and select 'Repair' andreboot once that has finished. If that doesn't solve the problem,

2. Uninstall 2013, run the 2013 Cleaner (found here), reboot and then run the 2013 installer again.

I have done exactly what you wrote and had no problem to uninstall True Image 2013 run the Cleaner and reinstall it after (except i have lost all my planification (I forgot to take a copy before uninstall....))

Second, I had registered my products, twice as it was an update of 2012 version. I did not know I could run without as I had been asked immediately to enter tke keys products
