Is it possible to get a second license to let me use my copy of Ver. 2010 on my daughter's PC? If so how can I do this. I can't find how to do this in "my Account"

You likely need to get a second copy of ATIH 2010, you can get that on ebay, search for "Acronis 2010".
I do not believe 2010 is currently being sold by Acronis.
