Acronis Backup & Recovery 11.5
stopped backing up or restoring?
Error?
attached sysinfooutput.zip per forum instructions,
sent online email to support, no response or contact?
updating scheduling software no help?
uninstalled & re installed, no help?
exported log, settings, schedules,
this full trial was working thru last prior weekend-ok,
have full & 4 incremental s,

Edit the backup plan, specify valid credentials of an existing user in 'plan credentials' so that the task could run.

This error should be visible in logs when you connect management console to the problem machine.

you said impossible?
backups have been running for 1-4 through 1-8. using same credentials!
started failing 5 days after that,
nothing had changed to that point?
followed faq's,;
re-installing scheduler-no help,
uninstalling Acronis & re-installing - no help,

any suggestions?

company is not going to move ahead for a enterprise system wide install if the trial cannot even run a two week period without failing?
