Hi

I have downloaded this edition directly from My Products on the website but cannot see an Exchange Agent available.

When I go to the menu for Exchange Recovery Agent it tells me I do not have this feature.

I have read the user guides - it's straightforward how t install - once you have the install package!

How do I find this?

Acronis Recovery for Exchange is a separate product and is not included with Backup & recovery 10. IIRC it's no longer sold, but for SBS edition Recovery for Exchange is bundled in version 11.5 - so if you upgrade to 11.5 you will be able to use it.

Thank you for your reply - I did set the forum to email me when messages were added but it appears not to have done so!

I am not sure they called it 'SBS Advanced Edition' if it could not backup SBS in it's entirety?!

Because it can be installed only on SBS operating system, not on standard server OS, and is cheaper. I don't know how it was decided to bundle and market some products together or not.
