Deployment Wizard ignores template settings?

I have built a deployment template that specifies no SID generation and that the workstation should restart at the end of deployment.
When I run the deployment wizard and use that template the summary shows it is going to generate a new SID and shutdown the machine.
This seems clearly incorrect. Snap Deploy version 4.0.0450 running on Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1.

The attached images document this fault quite clearly.

Please advise.

It does look like the template you're using (test re-deploy) is different than the loaded template in the screen shots (re-deploy).
