Multiple Backup Issues
Many PC's i work with are running the Acronis True Image 2013,
Each PC is being backed up to a NAS, Half of my PC's to one, and Half of my PC's to the other. I have gone around to every PC and made sure that all their settings are identical, which they are. Yet, for the past few weeks, Some of the PC's will back up and some will not. (This happens with both of my NAS's) Im looking to see if anyone had any suggestions for me, seeing as this is very frustrating that all of them have the same settings for backing up, yet some of them do and some of them do not.
First thing i tried was re-creating all the backups with no luck there so my next step was to uninstall and reinstall Acronis on the PC's that were not backing up. Also with no luck.
Next, which i dont understand at all is; two of them are set to do Full backups in the scheme, yet for some reason, unknown to me (ive done alot of research) they are doing incremental backups and i am absolutly positive that they are set to Full backups because i checked a couple of times before. i have tried the steps above in which i mentioned and yet still no luck.
Finally, one of them was backing up correctly, but the time i had the backup set to was in the morning and i wanted it to back up at night. Simple right? I go in, change the time and its fixed. Not so much, after changing the time, it hasnt backed up since.
I would love some help with this!
I need to get them working ASAP. Data is very important.
Thx

The two NAS i have are both Buffalo's
The incremental is 8 ranging from less than a GB to 4 GB, totaling about 20GB total.
Originally on the computers that are not backing up they were accessing the NAS via Mapped Drives, but when they didnt work, i switched them to access via the IP address and still no luck.
On a few of them, in the logs it says it is unable to access previous back up ( i have set to keep no more than 2 previous versions ) but when this happened i created a new task still with the same issues coming back.
I am doing Disk backups on them.
