Product Stopped working after last update

Thread needs solution

Wow... opened software and it said there was a new update available and asked if I wanted to install it which I did and now it doesn't work anymore. You click the icon and Windows asks if you want to allow it to you and I click yes and nothing. Tried running as admin and nothing.. tried running in xp compatibilty and nothing. Then i visit the website and see that even though I paid for the product and acronis put out the update that has casued the problem, I am expected to pay for support to fix something they broke. Very dis-satisfied with this purchase.
