Recently 'specify the location of volume 1' appears during automated back ups.

Clicking retry gets me nowhere, so I have to cancel the back-up.

Manual backup appears to work okay.

In plain language ( I am not very techie) can someone advise what I should do to correct this please - I am using Acronis True Image 2012

I ran into this popup problem attempting restore. I had removed some of the older backups which broke the "chain" for the backup process. Try a new backup and schedule to see if that fixes the issue.
