Hello,

I am working with Acronis True Image Home 2010.
So, I perform a weekly backup of my system disk.

I made a test to see how a recovery would work. So, in a different pc with a new brand hard disk I perform the recovery and it all works fine but I am asked to enter the Windows XP License (which I have) but I don´t understand why it is happening.

I have upgraded from Windows XP to Windows 7 Prof. and have installed True Image 2009 and it works o.k. I bought the 2012 upgrade in July 2012, along with Plus Pack I cannot find the 2012 upgrade download on your site. I have the licence keys for the upgrade. How do I proceed please?

And how is the second question related to the first one?
XP asks for the product key after restore to another machine because of Windows XP activation system. Do not enter the key now as it will deactivate your existing installation.
