Can't remove True Image
I want to update True Image 2013, build 5551. Windows 8. System tells me that True Image 2013 (versions 16.0.1551) cannot be removed, because it has been installed only for the actual user. I have always been the only user of my computer. So I don't understand this.
I am told to remove the programm manually. However, I can not find True Image in the list of programms (Windows Configuration) to remove. I doesn't figure there. It's strange, because it works. Where else can I find the programm?
Thanks for your answer.

Check under "A" (Acronis) and "T" (True Image). There may also be a removal shortcut in the True Image installation folder (e.g. under Programs, or perhaps even in the Start Menu).
After uninstalling, I would still run the cleanup utility that Pat suggested.
