No Detect HDD SCSI

i Have Acronis Backup & Recovery 11 Server for Windows Standard + Universal Restore (English) 1 license(s) , i install this software on My Server for Backup and can running.
then i need create boot media from my acronis, i try to backup on OS XP dan Win 7 ok (can running)
but i try on PC DELL Percision T3600 HDD SCSI 320 Gb and i try to backup
result .
No detect HDD, only DVD room and external HDD
but if i install this software on PC, acronis can running (can backup and detect HDD SCSI)
please help me to solve this problem.
why backup from bootmedia (booting CD) acronis can't detect HDD SCSI ?

Thank you for posting this question in our forum. I am happy to assist you. 

Please be aware, that you have 1 license for 1 machine. That means, that you can backup and recover your server with this license, but do not use the bootable media in the remaining environment. Also it is not allowed to uninstall and install the software like you described.

ok thank you for your support , now i already order 3 Acronis for the PC :)
but i want ask with u . . .
why acronis backup server 11 . . . can't detect HDD (disk management) SAS0 if we backup OS from boot CD ?

If a drive is not detected by an Acronis bootable media, you can try this to workaround this issue:
