Non stop backup and 64bit

Thread needs solution

My nonstop backup has stopped working correctly. The recover button is permanently greyed out and will not work. Therefor I cannot delete any backups. The backup will start if I click the start button but on completion goes back to stop again. I cannot seem to make it automatically do nonstop backup. My other backups such as System and Email are working fine.
Also my computer is 64bit but my True Image 2013 appears to be 32bit is this OK. I am using Windows 8.

What build of 2013 are you using?

Where is the NSB archive stored?

Keith,
When NSB goes astray, you have to delete the task from ATI, then go to the disk where you stored the NSB, unhide hidden folders and delete the time explorer storage folder, if there is one (or several) left.
Then recreate the task.
Always keep a redundant full disk disk and partition backup that never gets so old that you would never consider using it to restore your system.

I'm having exactly the same problems on 64b Win7 pro. I thought NSB was working in the background, but I can see in the log that there are only 0-3 backups per day over the last 3 months and with more days of 0 than anything else. We run Norton Internet Security 2013, but nothing else is that might tie up the processor. And now since we're past 30 days, it looks like there's no support help available without paying again. Any suggestions. We're on build #6514.
