When I attempt to connect the agent to the host, I get the attached error. The appliance is able to ping the host IP successfully. Running VMWare ESXi 5.0U1 and BR10 Virtual Edition version 10.0.13762

According to the userguide, (http://www.acronis.com/support/documentation/ABR10/index.html#1490.html) ABR10 is compatible with ESX/ESXi 4.0 and 4.1 . Other customers experiences this error after upgrade of ESX from 4 to 5. Support for ESX 5 was added in ABR11.5
