Scheduled Tasks Do Not Run

Thread needs solution

I have followed all the instructions in KB1518. Scheduler does not work. The KB article says to create log files and send to Acronis. I have created files, but I can't send them to anyone. Is there any way to get the scheduler to work? BTW - it did work when I first installed the product. then at some point, it just stopped. It's not an access issue; it does not even try to run.

Which version of Windows?
Which version and build of TrueImage.

One simple thing to try would be a Repair re-install of TrueImage.
Restart the downloadable installation file and you will be offered the REpair option.

Or, run the cleanup utility (link below) and then do a re-install of TrueImage.
