No Time & Date on Backups or Logs

Thread needs solution

We are running Acronis B&R 11.5 on a Linux server. A backup seems to be created correctly each night (according to a daily schedule), but there is no time or date stamped on the backup or the log file messages so we can't tell one backup from another.

When I try to amend the schedule for the backup plan Acronis just crashes without an error message. I've also tried to create a new backup plan but when I try to schedule it the same happens.

Anyone any ideas why Acronis isn't picking up the Linux date/time correctly? Thanks

you can try disabling SeLinux and, if it doesn't help, please contact our support team.

The situation is unknown and needs investigation.
