notification issue

Thread needs solution

We had an issue where the notifications were no longer being sent ot an external email. I fixed this issue by creating an in house email and forward the emails to the external monitoring account. My problem now is that even after updating the notification settings on the backup jobs Acronis is still trying to send to the old email accounts and it fails. I can go into the backup options of the job and see that it is set to the new email account. I also made the change in the Options --> Default backup and recovery options --> Default backup options --> Notification.

This is the error that it generates
