Problem with installation of 2014

Thread needs solution

I just bought and installed True Image 2014. When booting my computer I receive the following error message in a small center-screen box:

"Monitor for Acronis True Emage Backup Archive Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close." Another message says:

Error Signature:
AppName: Timountmonitor.exe
AppVer: 4.0.0.636
ModName: msvcr80.dll
ModVer: 8.0.50727.4053
Offset: 000046b4

I would appreciate some help with this problem. Thanks in advance.

Register your 64 char serial number into your account and then contact support via Live Chat. YOu have 30 days from purchase of direct support.

I registered my serial number on the Acronis website several weeks ago.

I will try the "Live Chat" per your suggestion.
