ABR 11.5 Advanced Workstation - Management Server Problem after it ran out of disk space

Thread needs solution

System (VM):
Win 2008 R2 64 Bit, 8GB ram, 2x xeon 3.07
This system is only the management server for our
300 acronis backup clients (im still doing installations and this number will climb to 650)

1st, the system ran out of disk space and so i had de following error:

Could not allocate space for object 'dbo.SyncWorkersLog'.'SyncWorkersLog_Date_INDEX' in database 'acronis_cms_cards' because the 'PRIMARY' filegroup is full. Create disk space by deleting unneeded files, dropping objects in the filegroup, adding additional files to the filegroup, or setting autogrowth on for existing files in the filegroup.

I freed about 8GB of extra space and restarted the server. First it seemed to work ok, but after 24h I see it just doesent work like it should.

I tried the troubleshooting script but it hasn't helped me, neither it compressed the database.
Before I freed some additional diskpace, I had no unprocessed events, nor log errors.
The unprocessed events number yesterday evening was a lot higher than this morning (50k), but since then its raising again (90k now).

I also tried to make a acronis system report, but after 1,5h I gave up and aborted it.

I had yesterday also this error (many many times):

But on this point i allready had the new additional space for hours.

I also did a search for the databases on my server. Heres a List with sizes and timestamps:

Status now:
the process "ManagementServer.exe" is running all the time 100% of the 1st processor.
Some informations in ABR managment tool are just old. Like machines with agents:
The columnt "last connection to client" looks fine, but the columt last successfull backup is old. Refresh doesen't help.

What can I do to make it work again properly? Can I somehow compact the database, or is the size ok fpr 300 clients?

What is the acronis software doing after a reboot? I noticed that the services start successful, but to start the management tool, i need to wait a much longer time.

How long should a acronis system report take?

!!!When we buyed the software, acronis told us, it can handle 700 clients.

Ok ran it againt and it looks like, the ManagementConsole has a problem. I aborted it again, but it looks like all files have been created:

a 400MB zip?

What shall I look for? There's a bit of everything in there..
