Try and Decide reports error on reboot

Thread needs solution

Hello,
I have True Image 2013. I used try and decide and installed a program that I was concerned about. When I rebooted the computer after the install I got an error message from True image saying to take a photo of the screen and report the problem to Acronis. That is what I am doing now. If you don't want to open the attached photo the error is: Internal error: Error 0x10cc02 | line info: 0x3cf1bd23c30bc267. I am running windows 7 pro and TI 2003 with plus pack.

The information is cryptic. It would be helpful if you can provide the build you are using and full system specs, hardware, etc. I've forwarded your post to the appropriate parties for follow up.

David, the issue that you describe is already known to us and it is present in Acronis True Image 2014 too. It is hardware specific and is reproduced on very few systems. We have already two very cooperative Customers and thanks to their reports we were able to collect all needed information for investigation. Unfortunately, the fix is not available yet, but we are working on it.

Since the issue affects only applying changes, you can continue using this feature for testing purposes, then discard changes and after that run the tested software already outside the Try mode.
