True Image 2013 Made USB Drive Disappear

Thread needs solution

I've used True Image 2013 to clone to an external USB drive over 40 times. I started a Clone operation the other day, but the app didn't seem to actually begin the usual process. I killed the process, then retried it, but now the computer doesn't see the USB drive at all. It's running Windows 7.0.

I plugged the drive into another PC, and it can see this USB drive, so I don't know what True Image did to my Windows 7 OS so that it won't recognize the drive anymore.

If I go into Control Panel, it tells me there's a USB drive there and it's working properly, but it doesn't appear in Windows Explorer and of course True Image doesn't see it. But when I plug it into the other PC, that PC sees the entire cloned directory structure, so the drive is still formatted and active.

Greetings,
Try looking in Disk Management. If the drive appears there, right-click on it and assign a drive letter. Use something meaningful to you, maybe something near the end of the alphabet, T, U , V, W
