Hi, the last couple of weeks my cloud back up has been failing with the following error 'The certificate is not valid. Probably this computer is being used from another location. Please reconnect to Acronis Cloud to update your certificate.'

I have tried a prior solution I have seen in the forums of deleting the client.crt, however when I then reconnected to the cloud it installed a new version of the client.crt which still has the same issues.

when I open the client.crt it has the following error 'This certificate has an invalid digital signature.'.

Can anyone help because I don't know what else to do ?

I have now contacted Acronis support via webchat and they have very rapidly resolved this.

They deleted the following: c:\programdata\acronis\trueimagehome\onlinebackup\user email address folder.

They then created a small test backup and ran it, and this then downloaded a new set of details.

Running my original backup that was failing now works.
