ATI 10 failes to make a backup

Acronis worked perfectly for about 2 months and then stopped backing up giving me an error message. So I chkdsk /r /f both my C: drive and my E: drive where the image is stored. All the sectors are good. Then, I deleted my old image and tried to make a new one. Now it seems to work but locks up halfway through with a time estimate of 8 hours + to back up 60 gigs and even if I let it sit for 24 hours it never advances.

Any advice? I am using windows 7 64 bit professional. I have an Asus laptop in case that matters.

Bump...anyone (Acronis support hopefully)?

I'm starting to wonder (since this is a common occurrence on these boards) if Acronis pays attention to this issue since it is apparently common or if they just don't give a damn since they have our money? I really need an incremental backup solution. Does anyone have advise on how to get this to work on Windows 7 64bit?

Also, I know I've had the software for 6 weeks but if it doesn't work can I get my money back so I can buy something that well.....WORKS?!
