Activation Problem

Hi
We have two licenses for two different computers. My computer activates fine but my wifes will not, can someone help?

Is it saying alredy activated/ too many activations?

Go onto acronis.com, log in and go to your registered products. Deactivate the product in question and then try again to activate.

Is it not showing any error but not activating? If so, does user have admin rights on the machine?
