Acronis failed to load received notice to send in error
When trying to run the program the following eror message occurred
(0x0)
Tag = 0x0 and notice given to send this to support.

Jan 31st still no answer? Why can noone answer this question. I have gone through the forum for past 5 days a and see nothing. I also requested answer from support, nothing but silence. Why????

- Could you please specify your OS?
- Have you installed onto the clear machine or there was an installation of any other/previous version of Acronis Products?
- Could you please provide us with the exact sequence of actions that lead to the problem you report, so that we can reproduce it?
- Please kindly gather Acronis Info from the machine in question.
- Download AcronisInfo
- Run the downloaded file.The gathered information will be put in AcronisInfo.zip in the same folder, where the AcronisInfo was saved.
This information will allow us to take a closer look at the Acronis product state and logs.
After that please kindly contact us with the information gathered, we will review it and provide you with the solution.

This reply is to provide information follow up to my original query. I discovered that the problem occurs if there is a an Icon relating to Acronis 11 still on the system. This is supposed to be a short cut. However, apparently with the downloading of the 2010 update that shortcut is not usable. If that shortcut is used the result is the anomaly I reported. Using the Acronis Icon shortcut and delete the old one allows the program to load properly. I am using Windows 7
