* Update * to 'RE: 47804: Acronis True Image 2014: Universal Restore'
This info leads one to believe there is a separate downloadable ISO file for Universal Restore, to be found under 'My Downloads' in your account. This information is incorrect according to Acronis, and will be updated!
**************** Update ******************
I received the separate downloadable ISO file for Universal Restore (UR) today in my account under 'My Downloads...'! When I chatted last night to inquire, I was told something entirely different by a senior developer; namely, that UR was incorporated into the product, and one has to burn the ISO for the product, and select UR from the standalone menu after booting, in order to use it. 'There is no separate ISO for UR', he said!
I guess the article '47804' was correct after all, and was put out a day or so too early - before the separate downloadable ISO file for Universal Restore began to appear in our accounts!
Apologies for passing on what I was told by Acronis, that was incorrect!
I meant well!

There is also a new build of TI 2014 available. Its 6688. The ISO is based on this build.

Universal Restore option is already available in Acronis True Image 2014 Premium Version , both in AcronisTrueImage2014_6688_en-US.exe and bootable media ISO - AcronisTrueImage2014P_en-US.iso.
So, what the major difference is in Acronis True Image 2014 - Universal Restore ISO; Latest Build: #6688 (***.** MB) which is listed as a separate product and is not shown under True Image 2014 Premium.
What is the reason for me to download such huge ISO of 500 MB ?
How I can use Acronis True Image 2014 - Universal Restore ISO ?
So, now I will have two Bootable ISO's:
1. AcronisTrueImage2014P_en-US.iso
2. AcronisUniversalRestore.iso
These both have capability of Universal Restore., please correct if I am wrong.
So, what is the benefit of having two ISO's for one purpose ?

Hello neptune,
thank you for your question.
In EN-US build 6688 we have changed the way Acronis Universal Restore is used. You need to download Acronis Universal Restore ISO image and burn it to a CD/DVD, then apply Universal Restore after recovery to restore system bootability. Check the following KB article for instructions.
AcronisTrueImage2014P_en-US.iso in build 6688 doesn't contain Universal Restore feature.
Thank you.

Thank you for answering my questions !
OK . AcronisTrueImage2014P_en-US.iso in build 6688 doesn't contain Universal Restore feature.
So, now on I will have use three different files :
1.AcronisTrueImage2014_6688_en-US.exe = to install Acronis True Image on my PC.
2.AcronisTrueImage2014P_en-US.iso = to create bootable media
3.AcronisUniversalRestore.iso = to use universal restore
But I want to know what is the difference between 1.AcronisTrueImage2014_6688_en-US.exe and 2.AcronisTrueImage2014P_en-US.iso ?
I can create bootable media from 1.AcronisTrueImage2014_6688_en-US.exe.
So, what is the benefit of 2.AcronisTrueImage2014P_en-US.iso ?
