Unable to download folder from online storage

Hello,

recently I have bought 250 GB online storage. I use TrueImage 2014 on Win7 Pro 64b. I have initially backed up apx 100 MB.

When I tried to download 100 MB folder I download only zip archive which is empty, e.g. it is 0 Kb.

I tried it as via TrueImage as directly from cloud.

What is wrong?
